Privacy Policy — Dygo Diagnostics Partner App

This Privacy Policy explains how Dygo Diagnostics Private Limited collects, uses, stores, and protects information within the Dygo Diagnostics Partner application, which is an internal application provided to our authorised field employees.

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who This Policy Applies To

The Dygo Diagnostics Partner app (the “App”) is an internal, employee-only application used by Dygo’s field staff to onboard diagnostic centres, record visits and meetings, and manage their work profile.

There is no public sign-up. User accounts are created and provisioned solely by Dygo’s company administrators / HR team. Members of the general public cannot register or create an account in this App.

2. Information We Collect

To enable field operations, the App may collect and process the following:

  • Account & identity information — employee name, login identifier, role, and profile details provisioned by Dygo.
  • Contact information — mobile number and email address used for login, OTP verification, and password recovery.
  • Location information — approximate and precise device location, used to tag diagnostic-centre visits, verify field activity, and assist pincode/area lookups.
  • Camera & photos — images captured for onboarding documentation (e.g. centre photographs, agreement / KYC documents) submitted by the employee.
  • Financial information — bank account details entered by the employee for the purpose of payouts, incentives, or reimbursement processing.
  • Partner & visit data — information about diagnostic centres, meetings, and records that the employee enters as part of their work.
  • Device & technical information — device identifiers and push-notification tokens used to deliver in-app notifications.

3. How We Use Information

  • To authenticate authorised employees and secure access to the App.
  • To record and manage diagnostic-centre onboarding, meetings, and field records.
  • To verify field visits and improve operational accuracy.
  • To process payouts/incentives where applicable.
  • To send work-related notifications and updates.
  • To comply with legal, audit, and regulatory obligations.

4. Device Permissions and Why We Need Them

  • Location (precise & approximate) — to tag and verify diagnostic-centre visits and support area/pincode lookups during onboarding.
  • Camera — to capture centre photographs and onboarding/KYC documents.
  • Internet / Network — to securely communicate with Dygo’s servers.

Permissions are requested only when needed for the relevant feature, and can be managed through your device settings.

5. Data Encryption & Security

All data transmitted between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS/HTTPS. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with:

  • Dygo Diagnostics Private Limited (the employer and data controller);
  • Service providers that operate our infrastructure (e.g. cloud hosting, push-notification delivery), under appropriate confidentiality obligations;
  • Authorities, where required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

7. Data Retention

Information is retained for as long as the employee’s engagement with Dygo continues and for such additional period as is required to meet legal, tax, audit, and regulatory obligations. On deletion, data is permanently removed or anonymised, except where retention is legally mandated.

8. Account Deletion

Because accounts are created and managed by Dygo’s administrators, account creation and deactivation are handled internally. Employees may request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time. Full instructions are available on our Partner Account Deletion page.

9. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended solely for adult employees of Dygo Diagnostics and is not directed at children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
